New rules for handling of warranty claims from October 1 - please see details below. |
1. Contact an authorized HC-CARGO distributor for an initial evaluation of your claim
2. Claims must be processed via the Bosch Warranty System by the distributor
3. If the product needs to be returned, please include: oA description of the defect Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) oAny related compensation requests (e.g. labor or installation costs)
4. A full list of authorized distributors by country will be available on our website from September)
5. Final evaluation and settlement of claims will be handled by the distributor in coordination with Bosch Please note: This process only applies to products purchased from HC-CARGO Esbjerg before September 30, 2025.
Products purchased directly via Bosch will follow the standard Bosch Warranty procedure.
